Every Serenith keepsake is made one at a time, just for your family. Here is how it works.
1. Send us what makes it yours
For an ornament, add your family name at checkout. For a recipe keepsake, send a clear photo of the handwritten recipe. It can be a recipe card, a notebook page, or wherever the recipe lives now.
Here is how the family name sits on each ornament design, shown with a sample name.
2. We prepare your design and send a proof
We clean up your photo, keep the handwriting just as it is, and lay it into your design. Please allow 1 to 2 business days. Then we email you a proof.
3. You approve it
Nothing is printed until you say it looks right. Check the spelling, the name and the details. We print it just as you approved it.
4. Made to order in the USA
Once you approve it, your keepsake is made to order in the USA and shipped to you.
Because every piece is personalized, Serenith keepsakes are final sale unless something arrives damaged or wrong. If anything arrives wrong, tell us within 30 days and we will make it right.
