Processing and production. We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Many Serenith pieces are made to order, including every personalized item, and production starts after you place your order. The delivery estimate on each product page includes that production time, and that is the estimate that applies to your order.
Delivery. Standard delivery usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days after production. You will get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Problems in transit. If your order has not arrived within the window stated on the product page, email us at serenith.shop@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.
