What we collect. When you place an order, we collect the information we need to complete it. That includes your name, your shipping and billing address, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and your payment details. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number. If you upload a photo to create a personalized item, we receive that image as part of your order. We also collect basic anonymous information about how visitors use our store, such as pages viewed, through cookies.
How we use it. We use it to make and deliver your order, to talk with you about it, and to help you if something goes wrong. Photos you upload are used only to create the item you ordered. We send marketing emails only if you signed up for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
What we share. We share only what is needed to run the store. That means payment processors, the makers and carriers who produce and deliver your order, and the platform that hosts our store. We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights. You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it or delete it. Just email serenith.shop@gmail.com. We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons.
